- Assisting Mortgage Brokers in the preparation and submission of loan applications
- Liaising with lenders, clients and other stakeholders to gather required documentation
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients throughout the mortgage process
- Supporting the Mortgage Brokers in generating leads and building relationships with referral partners
- Make phone calls to potential clients to introduce services
- Continuously learning about the latest mortgage products and industry regulations
What we're looking for
- 6 months' experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the finance or mortgage industry
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients in both Vietnamese and English
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using mortgage application and CRM software
- A genuine interest in the mortgage and finance industry
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
