We are seeking an experienced Purchasing and Production Support Coordinator to join a busy manufacturing business based in Yatala.

This is a varied, hands‑on position supporting purchasing, inventory management and production scheduling. The successful candidate must have previous experience working within a manufacturing environment and be confident using ERP systems and Excel.

Key responsibilities

- Raise and manage purchase orders
- Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability and delivery schedules
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate material requirements
- Support production planning and scheduling
- Review reports and identify purchasing or inventory issues
- Maintain accurate purchasing, stock and production data
- Use Excel to analyse information and prepare reports
- Update the ERP system and ensure records remain accurate
- Follow up outstanding orders and resolve supply issues
- Work closely with production, warehouse and management teams
- Help ensure materials are available to meet operational deadlines

About you

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous purchasing experience within a manufacturing workplace




- A strong understanding of production processes and material requirements
- Experience using ERP or inventory‑management systems
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with reports and data
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data‑entry skills
- Excellent organisation and time‑management abilities
- Confidence communicating with suppliers and internal departments
- The ability to work independently and manage changing priorities
- Experience with production scheduling would be highly regarded
- Experience using BOND or similar software would be advantageous
