E-commerce Customer Support Agent (Hybrid)

Muscle Mat is one of Australia's fastest growing e-commerce stores and the go to brand for all things comfort. We are looking for an E-commerce Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Bulimba, Brisbane.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries by email, live chat, phone, and social media in a professional and timely manner

Update and maintain customer records in our CRM (Gorgias)

Process orders, returns and exchanges in Shopify

Resolve customer complaints and concerns with a customer first approach

Work with the team to meet customer service targets and improve processes

Help with other duties as needed, including occasional support for the social media team

What we are looking for

Experience with Gorgias or a similar CRM is highly regarded

Experience and confidence with online (email and live chat) and phone customer service is preferred





Shopify experience is preferred

A friendly, qualified phone manner

If you do not yet have direct online customer service experience but consider yourself exceptionally capable, proactive and quick to learn, we encourage you to apply
