About the Role

Location: Scoresby, Vermont and Kew Victoria
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time

Before School Care: 7:00am – 9:00m

After School Care: 3:00pm – 6:00pm

Admin: between2.5 to 4 hours per week

Vacation Care (nearby Kew location): Between 8:00am – 5.30pm

Total Hours: Minimum 15 hrs per week (during school terms)

As the OSHC Lead Coordinator and Assistant, you'll lead a passionate team to deliver a safe, engaging, and compliant program. You'll design exciting activities, build meaningful connections with children and families, and play an active role within the Private school community.

Leading and supporting a dedicated team of educators

Overseeing documentation, medical records, and daily operations

A natural leader who loves working with children and has led a program previously

Confident communicator across children, families, and school staff

Creative, energetic, and FUN

Strong problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude

Able to maintain a clean, nurturing, and welcoming setting

Diploma qualified or actively working towards a qualified qualification (as per ACECQA standards)
