As a Remote Area Midwife (RAM), you will:

- Work within a multidisciplinary team alongside an Aboriginal Health workforce in the Maternal and Women’s Health Program
- Provide high‑quality antenatal and postnatal care
- Build trusted relationships with women, families, and community leaders
- Support culturally safe, holistic models of care
- Contribute to healthier futures for remote families
- Engage with Yolnu culture and learn from local knowledge holders
- May be required to participate in the RAN on-call roster at some locations.
