- Technical BA role combining Salesforce & Cybersecurity
n

We're looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a large enterprise technology team, working across Salesforce and Cybersecurity initiatives.

n

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Elicit and document technical, business and security requirements
n
- Analyse Salesforce configurations, workflows, flows, permission sets and sharing models
n
- Review Salesforce integrations and identify security or operational risks
n
- Support security assessments using OWASP and NIST principles
n
- Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, Architects and Cybersecurity teams
n
- Facilitate workshops and translate technical requirements into clear user stories
n
- Support testing, release and deployment activities
n

What we're looking for

n

n




- Robust Technical Business Analysis experience
n
- Hands‐on Salesforce administration/configuration knowledge
n
- Understanding of Salesforce security, integrations and APIs
n
- Foundational knowledge of OWASP, NIST, IAM and cybersecurity risk
n
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and workshop facilitation skills
n
- Excellent stakeholder management across business and technical teams
n

Salesforce certifications and exposure to security certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or ISC2 CC will be highly regarded.
