Padel Coach / Host – Padel Logan (Based at Meadowbrook Golf Club)

About the role

This is a hands-on role combining padel coaching with hosting social sessions and helping create a fun, welcoming environment for everyone who plays at Padel Logan.

Key responsibilities

- Hosting and running social padel sessions
- Coaching beginner and intermediate clinics
- Providing private and small-group coaching lessons
- Welcoming recent players and introducing them to padel
- Helping organise and run leagues, tournaments and events
- Engaging with players and helping build the Padel Logan community
- Pro Shop and venue shifts, with additional hours available

About you

- Has strong padel playing knowledge and ability




- Is confident coaching beginner and intermediate players and helping them improve
- Is outgoing, friendly and comfortable hosting groups
- Can create a fun and inclusive atmosphere during social sessions
- Has excellent communication and people skills
- Is reliable, professional and well organised
- Is available for a mix of weekday, evening and weekend sessions
- Is passionate about padel and growing the sport
