Sales & Operations Assistant Heatherbrae / Newcastle

Bigman Trailer is looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Sales & Operations Assistant to join our Heatherbrae team. This is a varied role combining sales support, customer service, stock management, internal systems and day-to-day branch operations. You will work closely with our on-site Sales Manager and also act as an important link between the Heatherbrae branch and our Victorian Head Office. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with customers, is confident using computers and systems, and is happy to get involved in both office-based and practical day-to-day tasks.

Key responsibilities

- Answer customer calls and enquiries
- Prepare quotations and assist with customer follow-ups
- Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day sales activities
- Assist customers with trailer enquiries, pickups and handovers
- Maintain accurate customer, sales and stock information in our internal systems
- Assist with stock control, inventory updates and stock movements
- Coordinate trailer deliveries, pickups and customer handovers




- Communicate with our Victorian Head Office regarding stock, orders, logistics and operational matters
- Follow up outstanding jobs and ensure tasks are completed properly
- Assist with general administration and branch operations
