This is a excellent opportunity for qualified, friendly and skilled Kiosk Coordinator to join the team and lead our Kiosk team!

The Role

n

We are seeking an experiencedKiosk Coordinatorto drive the team to achieve our sales targets. In this hands-on role, you will participate in the day to day operation of the café to achieve budgeted sales targets and KPIs.

n

Reporting to our Guest Experience Manager, our Kiosk Coordinator needs to have the highest level of customer service skills.

n

The primary responsibility of our Cafe Coordinator is to deliver first class service to ourpatrons ensuring thekiosk operates effectively and efficiently within Health Department Regulations. Always aligning yourself with ourMission, Vision and Values.

Key areas of responsibility include:

n

- Ability to lead, coach and inspire a cafe team
n
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
n
- Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
n
- Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
n
- Meet the requirements of the centre's food safety plan
n
- Ensure all cleaning and maintenance is carried out according to specified quality standards
n
- Follow health and safety guidelines
n
- Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
n
- Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods
n
