Future Butterfly is hiring a field-based disability services qualified to manage a pool of clients across Melbourne metro. You will visit participants in their homes and collaborate with families, guardians and coordinators to develop plans that meet NDIS Practice Standards.
You will also cultivate referral networks by meeting with support coordinators, allied health professionals and plan managers to grow Future Butterfly's presence in the sector.
