The role of the Visitor Services Officer (VSO) is to provide a welcoming workplace and high-quality experience for visitors to the Museum of the Goldfields.

What you need

- Provide excellent customer service for Museum visitors, responding to their needs in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
n
- Provide advanced and specialised tours and interpretive programs, and assist with the delivery of education programs that contribute to visitors' understanding and enjoyment of the Museum.
n
- Maintain the security of the Museum precinct, artefacts, objects, and displays by patrolling (i.e. walking and standing) the Museum and monitoring security systems.
