Tandem Partners is seeking an experienced HR Skilled to own the employee lifecycle and lead a major payroll systems implementation across Finance and IT. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive people plans for a multi-business platform.

Reporting to the Platform HR Director, you will manage HR operations, improve Workday processes, and ensure smooth, compliant people operations across ~60-70 employees and multiple leaders.
