The Role

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused sales role where no two days are the same.

You’ll guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives from first enquiry through to handover day, helping them choose from our extensive range of new and used caravans, pop tops, campers and motorhomes.

You’ll work with warm enquiries, showroom traffic, repeat business, and referrals, while also proactively building new opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing





- Build rapport and help customers find their perfect caravan or motorhome
- Manage leads from online, phone and showroom enquiries
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Create lasting relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Assist with dealership promotions, events and caravan shows
- Work collaboratively with service and parts departments
- Prepare accurate sales documentation and contracts
- Deliver memorable vehicle handovers that delight customers

What We’re Looking For

- Proven success in sales (automotive, caravans, retail, or similar industries preferred)
- A confident communicator who builds trust quickly
- Self-motivated, target-driven and results-focused
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A team player who contributes positively to workplace culture
- Intermediate computer skills and CRM experience
- Availability to work five days per week, including Saturdays (9:00am – 4:00pm)
- Caravan or RV experience is an advantage, but the right attitude and drive matter most.
