Poolside Davison Pool & Spa is a successful independent family owned business located in Salamander Bay, NSW. We specialize in both pool shop retail and mobile pool maintenance and repairs.
n This diverse role incorporates our retail shop & back of house Administration.

n

Role responsibilities include but not limited to:

n

n
- Daily business of the office and the retail area,some heavy lifting required
n
- Upgrade and upkeep of our quoting software including price checking and availability
n
- Accounts payable and receivable
n
- Answering customer queries and processing customer orders
n
- Maintaining the pool shop including stock management, merchandise presentations and shop cleanliness
n
- Conducting water analysis and interpretation to the customer
n
- Supporting field technicians and assisting with scheduling
n
- Other Ad hoc tasks as required
n

The ideal candidate will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in Retail Shop sales & Administration roles
n
- Excellent skills and proficiency in computer operations & business systems including;
n




- Microsoft Office Suite, Accounting packages including Xero, booking management systems including servicem8
n
- Excellent administration, data entry, data maintenance skills with an eye for detail
n
- Previous experience in Xero accounting software
n
- Strong customer service skills both face to face and telephone
n
- Excellent organisation and problem solving skills
n
- A bright, friendly, professional personality & presentation with proactive attitude
n
- A keen sense of initiative and demonstrated leadership skills & experience
n
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
n
- High levels of integrity and professionalism aligned with our value

Must be available for Saturday - Penalty Rates apply.
