We provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning, gardening, and landscaping services across South Australia.
We’re looking for an innovative, forward-thinking Coordinator-Sales and Operations to lead SA Cleaning and Gardening Services from the ground up. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing operations, securing contracts, and establishing a strong industry presence.
About the Roles
We are seeking team members who:
Have previous experience in professional cleaning, gardening, horticulture, landscaping, or a related business field preferable.
Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Present professionally and represent the company positively.
Strategic Leadership: Manage and grow SA Cleaning and Gardening Services, from development to daily operations.
Industry Networking: Leverage your connections to promote the company and attract clients.
Contract Acquisition: Identify and win contracts to expand our client base.
Operations Management: Oversee team functions, ensuring quality standards across services.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should have:
Proven experience running or managing a gardening and cleaning business.
Strong network and industry connections.
In-depth understanding of the cleaning and gardening market.
The ability to work independently while closely collaborating with company Directors.
Relevant business or management degrees (not mandatory)
