In this role, you will play a key part in managing Council's property portfolio and providing strategic property advice across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

- You will coordinate strategic land acquisitions and disposals, oversee leases, licences, easements and other property agreements, and provide expert advice to support informed property decisions.

- Working closely with stakeholders across Council, you will manage complex property matters, undertake due diligence, negotiate agreements and provide analysis and recommendations to senior management.

What you need

n

n
- To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in Business, Property, Legal or a related discipline, or extensive experience managing property portfolios in a public or private sector setting.
n
- You will have demonstrated experience in property management, including drafting, negotiating and managing leases, licences, permits and other legal agreements.
n
- Experience managing strategic property matters, including acquisitions, disposals and associated investigations.
