Umbrella Club is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Data Platform / DevSecOps Engineers for an upcoming engagement within a complex enterprise environment.

This role will support the delivery of a modern Azure-based data platform, focusing on DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps practices, while establishing reusable engineering patterns for future platform adoption.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Build and maintain Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC) patterns.
- Implement DevSecOps, security scanning and deployment gates.
- Configure monitoring, logging and environment automation.
- Develop reusable engineering patterns and technical documentation.




- Ensure solutions are scalable and adaptable for future Microsoft Fabric or Databricks adoption.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- 10+ years of Data, Cloud, Platform Engineering or DevSecOps experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure, Azure DevOps and Terraform.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps and security automation.
- Solid understanding of Azure data platforms, monitoring and deployment automation.
- Excellent technical problem-solving and documentation skills.
