As part of Conferre Group, Tipo 00, Osteria Ilaria, Harriot, and Figlia are seeking motivated and passionate full time Chefs / Cooks to join their teams in the Melbourne CBD.
These are exciting full time positions for serious candidates who are looking to further their career. You will work closely with the Head Chef and will need to be able to run all sections of a skilled kitchen. With leadership from our Head Chef, this is your opportunity to further develop your skills.
You will have initiative in generating ideas and creative alternatives according to seasonality. Successful candidates will also need:
- A trade qualification
- Experience with Italian food
- Creativity and a passion for the industry
- Effective communication skills
- Availability to work a variety of shifts

To be considered, applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. A remuneration package of $80,000 - $82,000 will be offered to the successful candidates. Sponsorship may be available for the right candidates.
