Your day -to- day activities may vary and your key responsibilities will include

Welding & fabricating a variety of Stainless Steel products including benchtops for both commercial and domestic, food manufacturing equipment, and a lot off one off architectural projects.

Reading and interpreting drawings & specifications

Occasional on-site work

Operation of CNC machinery

The Applicant

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

Trade Certificate 3 Fabricator / Sheet Metal qualification is a must.

Experience in stainless steel benchtops is a must.

Experience in TIG welding stainless steel and polishing to a high standard.

Clear, courteous & professional communication skills

Committed to safe working practices

Eye for detail and delivers consistently high-quality workmanship

Prior experience working on site a bonus

Forklift licence would be an advantage but not a requirement

You are a self-motivated person who takes pride in your work and shows an eye for detail. You bring a positive attitude to a team setting and can comfortably interact with customers in a professional manner, building credibility and trust.

You will need to demonstrate you can work well with minimal supervision, show good work ethics and have good problem-solving skills. Training apprentices is a big part of this role as we build towards a highly skilled workforce that stand out from other businesses

There is some on-site work, so a driving license is essential.
