Barwon Health is seeking a Spiritual Care Practitioner to lead spiritual care across residential aged care facilities. You will partner with the University Hospital Geelong Spiritual Care team and reports to the Director of Psychology within Allied Health.
The role focuses on person-centred spiritual care, supervising other practitioners, managing referrals and documentation, and developing service policies to meet residents’ diverse needs, aligned with national guidelines and quality standards.
