Trading Operations Analyst - 12 Month FTC

A leading Australian institutional investment organisation is seeking an Trading Operations Analyst to join its Investment Operations team.

The role will focus on trade processing, reconciliations, exception management and supporting the end-to-end investment lifecycle across multiple asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Match and process trades across multiple asset classes using CTM, MarkitWire and TradeServ
- Investigate and resolve trade exceptions and discrepancies with internal teams and counterparties
- Perform daily cash and position reconciliations across internal systems and custodians
- Liaise with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Custodians and external stakeholders




- Support process improvement, workflow efficiencies and automation

About You:

- 2+ years' experience in investment operations, trade support or a similar role
- Robust understanding of the trade lifecycle and financial instruments including equities, fixed income and derivatives
- Experience with CTM, MarkitWire, TradeServ, GTSS and/or Aladdin highly regarded
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
