About the Role
- Manage and grow relationships with key Volume Builder clients
- Develop new business opportunities within existing builder accounts
- Build strong relationships with Studio Managers, Designers, Estimators and Contracts teams
- Support product training, presentations and client meetings
- Identify opportunities for new ranges, upgrades, displays and projects
- Monitor account performance and ensure excellent customer service
- Regularly visit builder sites, studios and offices across Melbourne
About You
- Previous Volume Builder experience is highly desirable
- Experience in Account Management, BDM, Sales or Client Relationship Management
- Solid understanding of the residential building industry
- Confident building relationships with key decision-makers
- Professional, organised and commercially minded
- Must have your own car and current driver's licence
