As the Clinic Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. You will provide clinical leadership, support clinicians, and foster a collaborative team environment focused on delivering high‑quality, client-centred therapy services. Your role involves managing resources, optimizing clinic systems, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This position offers a balanced mix of hands‑on clinical engagement and strategic management. You will support multidisciplinary teams working with adult clients through NDIS, Medicare, and private funding streams. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving service excellence, team development, and expansion initiatives, making a tangible difference in your team's success.

Key responsibilities

Provide oversight of Team Leaders and act as a primary contact for them

Act as a point of contact to field complex clinical questions

Provide supervision of each clinician for clinical and operational excellence, including clinical supervision, informal supervision, operational supervision, and leadership development

Support clinicians alongside Team Leaders with challenging situations, grievances and disputes

Monitor and assist with staff welfare management, including supporting Team Leaders to implement strategies for the team and individualized support

Complete annual reviews with clinicians to review progress, identify gaps and barriers, develop skill building interventions, and identify strengths and career pathways

Lead recruitment of current staff, including identifying need, developing job advertisements, managing applicants, and contributing to selection decisions

Plan, coordinate, and facilitate staff induction

Evaluate and approve CPD opportunities for the team

Monitor, review and improve systems, policies and procedures to improve efficiency, build clinical competency, maintain best practice, and maintain staff welfare

Comply with NDIS auditing processes





Analyze and interpret performance statistics to identify areas for improvement and support clinicians to develop skills

Support Management with referral intake, allocation to therapy team, caseload review and waitlist estimation

Drive opportunities to maintain efficient business operations and explore new business opportunities

Oversee queries regarding payroll, leave and incentive program statistics and employment contracts

Manage conflicts and concerns with other stakeholders

Manage the team during periods when Directors are not available or on leave

Ensure service complies with legal requirements and strives for best practice in workplace health and safety

About you

Allied Health tertiary qualification

Minimum 5 years clinical experience in a relevant clinical field

Minimum 2 years in leadership or management roles

Current AHPRA registration

Police check, WWCC, and NDIS screening clearance

Valid driver's license and capacity for occasional travel

Ability to oversee and manage a larger team with varying levels of skills, expertise and experience

Leadership and coaching experience both clinical and operational

Ability to manage a team to ensure they achieve agreed performance markers and targets

Excellent time management skills and capacity to work autonomously

Sound skills related to conflict resolution, supervision and monitoring of others, and communication with stakeholders

Understanding of NDIS process and procedures

Flexible and adaptable approach to respond to the needs of the business and individual staff needs

Excellent skills in collaboration and demonstrated skills in working in partnership

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Effective planning, problem solving, organisation and prioritisation skills

Ability to manage caseload and meet billing targets

Salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 plus superannuation

20 days annual leave, plus additional days for Melbourne Cup and Kings Birthday

$1,000 PD allowance with dedicated PD leave

Laptop and mobile provided

Regular social events every 3 weeks
