As Residential Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of residential construction projects across Melbourne. Working closely with our Directors and Project Management team, you will oversee projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring quality, programme, safety and construction standards are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate all day-to-day site activities
- Supervise subcontractors, trades and suppliers
- Maintain construction programmes and ensure key milestones are achieved
- Monitor workmanship and maintain high-quality standards
- Ensure sites comply with OH&S; requirements and company procedures
- Coordinate deliveries, inspections and required site works
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively
- Maintain clear communication with Project Managers, Directors, subcontractors and suppliers
- Conduct quality inspections and manage defects through to completion
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting

About you

- Minimum 5 years' experience in residential construction supervision




- Qualified Carpenter / recognised carpentry qualification
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors
- Strong programme management and organisational skills
- Excellent understanding of quality and safety requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, organised and accountable approach
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with the wider project team
