About the role

This is a busy, independent, hands‑on role responsible for coordinating installation schedules, managing warehouse operations, and supporting client site activities for APC Victoria. The position suits someone who can work autonomously, communicate confidently with clients and installers, and manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule installation crews and liaise with clients and installers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Coordinate calls, meetings, and communications between clients and installation teams throughout the installation phase.
- Track installation progress and update clients and management on timelines, issues, and job status.




- Validate installation plans and incorporate changes requested by clients.
- Ensure installation vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained, tested, and tagged.

Warehouse Operations

- Coordinate daily warehouse activities including deliveries, pick‑ups, stock movement, and logistics.
- Loading and unloading of trucks.
- Pick and pack operations for outgoing jobs and incoming stock.
- Maintain warehouse documentation, delivery records, and stock movement logs.

Site Visits & Client Interaction

- Attend client sites for measurements, installation check‑ins, and progress updates.
- Represent APC professionally and maintain robust client relationships.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate job documentation, schedules, installation notes, and progress reports.
- Use internal systems to keep track of people, workflow, and job progress.
- Inform management of customer needs, issues, and business opportunities.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

- Ensure all work complies with APC’s Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems.
- Follow statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to APC products and services.
- Promote APC’s values of trustworthiness, integrity, and professionalism.

General Operational Support

- Operate independently as the primary coordination point for the Victorian branch.
- Manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Assist with any reasonable operational request from management.

1–2 years’ experience in installation coordination, warehouse operations, logistics, or similar.

High School Certificate (minimum).

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physically capable of manual handling tasks.
