Return to Work and Operations Administrative Coordinator

We are very ‘eggcited’ about the opening of our newest facility currently being built in the Mickleham Merrifield estate. We are establishing a brand-new role as Return to Work and Administrative Assistant to support our leaders and team members on a permanent part-time basis. We are looking for more than just skills – we are looking for a someone who enjoys engaging with our team members and collaborating across departments.

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate and manage return to work programs for injured or ill employees.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individual return to work plans in consultation with employees, treating practitioners, and management this includes on the floor assessments.
- Liaise with insurers, medical professionals, rehabilitation providers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide advice and support to managers and employees on injury management and workplace accommodations)
- Follow-up and track RTW plans and activities, coordinate and close RTW activities once completed.
- Assist the Production Manager with tasks including data entry, training coordination, and scheduling.
- Complete timesheets and labour reporting accurately and on time.
- Coordinate staff inductions, onboarding, and maintain training records and compliance.
- Order and maintain office, first aids, chemical and consumable supplies inventory.
- Cross check, file and maintain daily documentation, data and records.
- Edit and maintain SOP, Toolbox Talk, Training documents or other documents if required.

What You’ll Bring





- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a large, complex organisation (essential)
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Administration, Safety, RTW Co-ordination or similar (desirable)
