10-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Full Time

We’re looking for an organised, creative and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a 10-month fixed-term contract.

This is a hands‑on role with a strong focus on organic content creation, social media and coordinating day‑to‑day marketing activity across our brands, Armstrong Real Estate & Oslo Property.

You’ll work closely with people across the business to uncover content opportunities, coordinate campaigns and keep marketing projects moving. From capturing content and scheduling social media to organising print collateral, sponsorships and events, there’ll be plenty of variety.

What you’ll be doing

Creating, capturing and coordinating organic content across our social media platforms

Planning social content and helping maintain a consistent brand presence

Working closely with team members across the business to generate ideas and bring content to life

Coordinating photography and videography

Supporting the rollout of marketing campaigns and brand activity

Coordinating print collateral, signage and other marketing materials

Helping coordinate sponsorships, community partnerships and events

Liaising with suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders

Assisting with email marketing and other digital marketing activity

Keeping marketing projects, requests and deadlines organised

Reviewing content and collateral to ensure it is accurate, consistent and on brand

About you

We’re looking for someone who is switched on,



organised and happy to take initiative.

You’ll ideally have:

Excellent attention to detail

Strong organisation and time management skills

The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Initiative and the confidence to take ownership of your work

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A genuine interest in social media and content creation

A creative eye and ability to identify valuable content opportunities

Confidence working with different personalities and teams

A willingness to learn and jump into a variety of marketing tasks

Experience working with design programs such as Adobe and Canva

A qualification in marketing, communications, PR or a related area would be advantageous, although we’re equally open to candidates who can demonstrate relevant skills or experience.
