Belgravia Leisure is seeking a friendly Guest Experience Officer to deliver front of house services at Lakeside Leisure Centre. You will assist with reception, merchandising and sales to members, casual users and recent prospects, in line with our routines and procedures.

The role also supports the Learn To Swim program and occasional kiosk duties. You will ensure first-class customer service while promoting centre programs and managing bookings and renewals.
