Business Development Manager - Commercial Energy Solutions
Sydney | $100k-$120k Package + Super + Uncapped Commission
An established energy solutions business is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow its Commercial & Industrial solar and battery offering across Sydney and NSW.

This is a new-business role for someone who can open doors, build relationships and sell solutions based on ROI, energy savings and long-term value.

You do not need to come directly from solar. We are particularly interested in B2B salespeople from commercial lighting, energy efficiency, HVAC, building services, solar, battery storage or other energy-saving solutions.

The Opportunity:
You’ll be joining an established, integrated business with the infrastructure already in place across sales, retail, marketing, technical support, installation, logistics and warehousing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Generate new Commercial & Industrial business across Sydney and NSW
- Build and manage your own pipeline
- Develop relationships with business owners, CFOs, Facilities Managers and Operations Managers
- Identify commercial solar and battery opportunities




- Sell on ROI, energy savings and payback
- Manage opportunities from first contact through to closeWork closely with internal technical, installation and operational teams

About You:
We’re looking for a genuine recent-business hunter with a strong B2B sales track record.

Experience in commercial solar, lighting, energy efficiency, HVAC, building services or other ROI-led solutions will be highly regarded.

Most importantly, you’ll be confident prospecting directly into businesses, building commercial relationships and closing higher-value projects.
