Dalby Baptist Church is a vibrant, multi-generational church located in the heart of Queensland’s Western Downs. With a weekly attendance of approximately 100–125 people, we are a welcoming and Christ-centred congregation committed to faithfully serving our community and sharing the hope of Jesus.

We are prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor who is called to lead God’s people through faithful biblical teaching, authentic discipleship, and servant-hearted leadership. We are looking for someone who will inspire our church family to deepen their relationship with Christ, equip believers for ministry, and help us reach our growing regional community with the gospel.

This is an exciting chance to lead a church with a solid foundation, committed volunteers, dedicated ministry leaders, and a genuine desire to grow spiritually and extend our impact throughout the Western Downs.



We believe God has prepared us for an exciting new season of ministry and are seeking a pastor who shares that vision.

The successful applicant will be an engaging Bible teacher and an encouraging leader who enjoys developing people and building healthy ministry teams. They will provide both spiritual and strategic leadership, working alongside our Eldership, staff, and ministry leaders to cultivate a church known for prayer, grace, generosity, authentic community, and faithful service.

A passion for seeing people of all ages flourish in their faith—including children, youth, young families, and older generations—will be highly valued, as will a heart for pastoral care, community engagement, and mission.
