Senior Handyman – Full-Time Factory Role

Full-time position | Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm | Immediate start

We are looking for a highly experienced, practical and self-motivated handyman to join our busy factory team.

This is an excellent prospect for someone who has previously operated their own business or worked in a senior hands-on role and is now looking for stable, full-time employment without the stress of managing customers, quoting jobs or running a business.

The successful applicant will be confident working autonomously, identifying what needs to be done and completing a broad range of practical tasks to a high standard.

The role

- Work full-time in our busy factory as part of a large, friendly team
- Assist with the fabrication, assembly and fit-out of trailers
- Conduct pre-delivery checks on loaders, excavators, forklifts and other machinery
- Complete general repairs, maintenance and warranty work
- Diagnose problems and develop practical, efficient solutions
- Carry out general handyman and factory maintenance duties
- Work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Assist across different areas of the factory as required

About you

- Extensive experience as a handyman, tradesperson,



maintenance worker or business owner
- Broad practical skills and confidence working with tools, equipment and machinery
- Able to work autonomously without constant supervision
- Proactive and capable of identifying and resolving problems
- Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
- Reliable, punctual, productive and well organised
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Safety-conscious with a practical, common-sense approach
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Welding, fabrication, mechanical or electrical experience would be highly regarded
