Borg Property Services is seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join our organisation where you will play a key role supporting both people across our client sites and Head Office and operations across the business. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work closely with the senior management team across the business, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR Administration and people process while helping build a positive, accountable and high performing workplace culture. The role manages the HR function across the business and provides advice across a range of employment matters within our operating environments

The role & key responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with leaders & employees, acting as a trusted HR Advisor & first point of contact for HR matters
- Support leaders in workforce management, employee relations, performance management, workplace issues, employment legislation, awards, agreements, policies & WHS matters.
- Experience in facilities services or services industries will be highly regarded
- Manage all aspects of the employee life cycle, including induction activities & people movements
- Maintain HR systems and reporting, analyse workforce data, prepare insights and contribute to HR initiatives,



projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Deliver HR administration and coordination, including onboarding & off boarding, HR documentation, recruitment and payroll/change processes.
- Hands on knowledge of HRIS platforms
- Understanding of Fair Work & employment legislation fundamentals & Contemporary Awards

Who we are looking for

- You have a strong personal values set, behaving with care, honesty and integrity across everything you do
- You are a natural leader who can connect and positively influence people bringing out their best
- You have expert knowledge & understanding of the application of Awards, IR & employee regulations & legislation
- You are highly organised and have an ability to manage competing priorities whilst maintaining an acute attention to detail
- Minimum 3- 5 years as a HR Coordinator or Advisor
- Experience within facilities or service-based industry will be highly regarded but not essential
- Tertiary level qualification in Human Recourses management or related degree
