Mission Australia in Coffs Harbour seeks a Peer Engagement and Service Coordinator to create a safe, welcoming setting for residents in a new Supported Temporary Accommodation service. You will use your lived experience to build trust, engage residents and connect them to housing and community supports.
The role blends peer support, engagement and coordination work. The position is full-time with rotating shifts (8:00am–4:00pm and 12:00pm–8:00pm), Monday to Friday.
