Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.**About The Role**As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.

These include:* Providing and monitoring the care of residents* Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making* Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships* Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes* Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team**To be successful, you will have*** Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration* Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)* NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement* Ability to communicate effectively with residents,
