Xpress Health is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Assistants in Nursing to support hospitals and aged care homes in the Melbourne Region and surrounding areas.

About the role

You will be providing person centered care within hospital and residential aged care facilities. Your responsibilities may include assisting residents with personal care, mobility support, mealtime assistance, documenting care, and working alongside registered nurses and care teams to ensure residents feel safe, respected, and valued.





What we are looking for

Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent

Current First Aid and CPR

Working rights in Australia and must be living in Australia

A caring, professional, and reliable attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
