Parts Customer Service – Ballarat

One of Melbourne's largest privately-owned Dealership Groups is currently seeking a driven Parts Customer Service professional who strives to be part of an industry-leading team in the service sector at their Ballarat location. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and providing exceptional service while supporting the Parts team. The successful applicant must possess a high level of self-motivation, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills. This role would be ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their automotive career.

This exciting customer service role involves:

- Providing friendly and professional customer service across front counter and phone enquiries and sales
- Assisting customers with their parts requirements and sourcing the correct parts
- Completing warranties and processing customer returns




- Preparing quotes and providing technical advice to assist customers with their requirements
- Supporting customers and the Parts team through stock ordering and merchandising
- Maintaining general housekeeping of the showroom to ensure a clean and welcoming environment

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

- An excellent phone manner and confident customer communication skills
- The motivation to succeed and meet sales targets
- The ability to be the main point of contact for customers and consistently deliver exceptional customer service
- Competent computer skills, including invoices, ordering parts and relevant paperwork when required
- Must have a current driver’s licence
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Strong work ethic and impeccable personal presentation
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- A skilled and friendly manner with excellent customer relations and communication skills
- A conscientious and motivated attitude, with an eye for detail
