WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING





You’ll be responsible for making sure the housekeeping operation runs effectively and consistently.

This includes:

- Leading and motivating the housekeeping team.
- Setting daily priorities and keeping the team on track.
- Training, coaching and developing team members.
- Checking rooms and public areas to ensure standards are consistently met.
- Monitoring KPIs, productivity and guest feedback.
- Managing stock, supplies and equipment.
- Working with other departments to resolve issues quickly.
- Handling guest concerns professionally.
- Identifying better, smarter and more productive ways of working.
- Maintaining accountability while creating a positive team environment.
- Stepping in when things get busy and leading by example.
