The Role

You’ll take ownership of an established portfolio of approximately 20 Owners Corporations, with the intention of adding a Tier 1 / Tier 2 property once you are settled into the role.

The portfolio has been well managed, so looking for someone who can maintain a high standard of organisation, communication and client service.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the day-to-day requirements of your portfolio
- Building strong relationships with committees, owners and key stakeholders
- Running AGMs and committee meetings
- Managing budgets, maintenance, compliance and contractors
- Overseeing more complex matters and projects as required




- Maintaining a proactive and highly organised approach to portfolio management

About You

Ideally, you will have:

- 3+ years of Owners Corporation experience
- Experience independently managing or co-managing Tier 1 properties
- A background across medium-density and/or more complex portfolios
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A friendly, professional and collaborative approach
- The confidence to work autonomously while still enjoying being part of a close-knit team

$100,000 + super

50% of Schedule 2.2 income

Up to 2 days working from home following probation
