Kyocera Document Solutions is one of the world's leading manufacturers of Colour & Mono Digital Multifunction Devices & Printers.

Our NSW Branch is looking to recruit a Junior / Trainee Field Service Technician & Valet for our ACT Office.

n

In this role, you will be trained on:

n

n
- Installation, service & repair of Kyocera's range of Digital Multifunction Devices & Printers.
n
- Applications and Software relevant to your role.
n
- Valet service requirements.
n
- Resolving customer hardware, network and software related issues.
n
- Liaising with Kyocera's major accounts in the ACT.
n

n

Ideally, you will possess the following attributes:

n

n
- Australian Citizenship – mandatory.
n
- Possess a TAFE Cert in Electro-technology or Mechatronics.
n
- Possess a TAFE Cert in IT
n
- Have an aptitude and passion for electro-mechanical fault finding & repair.
n
- Good knowledge of networks, PCs, software and operating systems.
n
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
n
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
n




- The ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills, needed to fulfil the requirements in the role.
n
- Positive, enthusiastic and results driven.
n
- A professional image with personal attributes of honesty, reliability, and enthusiasm.
n
- The relevant visa to be able to undertake full-time work in Australia – mandatory.
n
- Australian Driving Licence – mandatory.
n
