We are currently seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our ICT team on a 12-month contract , based at Botanic Ridge .

n

About the Role

n

As the main point of contact for IT support, you will provide Level 1/2 technical assistance, manage service desk requests, and help deliver a positive IT experience across our Southeastern sites.

n

This is a full time, on-site role based in Botanic Ridge, with occasional travel to our other operational sites.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide Level 1/2 IT support across hardware, software, and Microsoft 365
n




- Manage and resolve service desk tickets within SLA requirements
n
- Support device deployment, onboarding, and user set-ups
n
- Manage mobile devices through Intune
n
- Maintain IT assets and documentation
n
- Liaise with external vendors on escalated issues
n
- Assist with service desk improvements and reporting
n

About You

n

n
- 3-5 years' experience in an IT Service Desk role
n
- Strong Level 1/2 troubleshooting skills
n
- Experience with ManageEngine or a similar ITSM platform
n
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
- Well organised, proactive, and solution-focused
n
