With an expanding portfolio of mining assets and continued investment across its operations, the business is strengthening its senior Project Management team.

n

This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation and play a key role in delivering the projects that will support the next phase of its operations.

About the Role

n

We are seeking a x2 Principal Project Managers / Engineering Managers to take ownership of major capital projects across the business.

n

These are Brisbane-based positions, working from their HQ with a hybrid arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH. Travel to operational sites will be required periodically.

n

There are currently opportunities across both Australian and PNG operations, with the successful candidates aligned to either portfolio based on their experience and background.

n

You will be responsible for providing senior project leadership from early concept and feasibility through to execution and delivery, working closely with operational leadership and senior stakeholders.

n

The portfolios include major projects across:

n

n
- Mining and underground expansion
n
- Processing plant upgrades and expansion
n
- Infrastructure and tailings projects
n
- Capacity and productivity improvements




n
- New project development and growth initiatives
n
- Future expansion opportunities across a growing asset portfolio
n

n

The PNG-focused position will have a strong growth and expansion focus, with significant investment planned across the operation and further project opportunities to follow.

n

The Australian-focused position will support a broad portfolio of projects across an established underground mining operation, including expansion and processing capacity initiatives.

n

About You

n

We are interested in speaking with experienced project and engineering leaders who understand how projects come together and can take genuine ownership from concept through to delivery.

n

You may currently be working as a:

n

n
- Senior Project Manager
n
- Project Manager
n
- Senior Engineering / Project Leader
n

n

Ideally, you will bring:

n

n
- 10+ years' experience across mining, resources, processing or complex project environments
n
- Strong project management and engineering fundamentals
n
- Experience delivering major capital projects from end to end
n
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management capability
n
- The ability to work effectively with operational and senior leadership teams
n
- Strong technical background, ideally within mechanical, process or processing environments
n
