About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day to day operations and deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Reporting under Regional Sales Manager you will be demonstrate outstanding customer service, organizational and leadership skills.

Your main duties will include the following:

Ensure availability of products and services while monitoring expenditures and analyzing variances.

Coordinatingalldaily activitiesincluding receiving, storing, picking and packing of items for delivery in a timely and effective manner (heavy lifting required)

Maintain accurate inventory records, including counting, labeling, and reporting damaged or defective items.

Provide support and assistance to warehouse and sales reps.

Uphold our company's standards and values.

Compile, review, and maintain data from, purchase orders, requisitions, and other documents to assess supply needs.

About you:





Customer focus, market knowledge and result driven.

Excellent inventory skills

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Ability to resolve problems effectively

Sound knowledge of warehousing procedures and OHS&E; policies

Experience working within the battery industry will be an advantage

Computer literacy including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
