Gipps Services Group provides property maintenance and improvement services to clients in the Senior Living sector and commercial office environments. As workload grows, we are building a network of trusted subcontractors across five trades to deliver this work on an ongoing basis. This is an prospect for experienced, self-employed tradespeople to secure a consistent pipeline of work with professional clients, under a formal subcontractor agreement at pre-agreed rates.

Key responsibilities

- Carpentry (fitout, repairs and joinery)
- Plastering (set, render and patch)
- Joinery
- Tiling (floor, wall and wet areas)
- Electrical (licensed — A-grade required)
- Plumbing (licensed and fully insured)
- Complete works in Senior Living facilities with high standard of finish, minimal disruption, and professional manner
- Deliver commercial tenancy works with schedule and handover requirements, prioritising speed,



reliability, and quality under pressure

About you

- Demonstrated experience in property maintenance (residential, commercial, or facility environments)
- Current trade licence or registration where required
- Public liability insurance (minimum $10M) and applicable workers compensation
- Professional, client-facing manner — you will interact directly with residents, tenants, and building managers
- Strong communication — you keep the client and our team informed
- Own tools and vehicle; capacity to work independently
- ABN registered and able to invoice as a subcontractor
