The opportunity

As Team Leader Parking and Local Laws, you will lead a dedicatedteam delivering parking enforcement, local laws, school crossingsupervision and community safety compliance services. This is ahands-on leadership role that combines operational coordination,staff coaching and complex compliance oversight to ensure safe,lawful and customer-focused outcomes for the community.

- Supervise, coach and support a team of complianceofficers and school crossing staff.
- Coordinate rostering, workload allocation andoperational planning.
- Providespecialist advice on investigations, enforcementmatters and escalated issues.
- Drivecontinuous improvement in systems, procedures andservice delivery

What you need to succeed

- Experience leading staff in a local government orregulatory compliance environment.




- Strongknowledge of parking enforcement, local laws andcompliance legislation.
- Provenexperience managing investigations and enforcementmatters.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement andcustomer service skills.
- Relevant qualification in investigations, statutorycompliance or a related discipline, or equivalentexperience.

Pre-Employment Requirements

Progressed candidates will be required to completeaNational Police Record Check, a Pre-Employment Medical Check& a Working With Children Check (WWCC) . Candidates must also holda valid Victorian Driver's License.

Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident orhold a valid work permit or visa with full unrestricted workingrights. Work eligibility will be checked as part of the recruitmentprocess.
