You’ll be connected to an established team of approximately 15 clinicians, supported by experienced Allied Health Directors, with mentoring, clinical guidance and ongoing support available as you build your confidence and caseload.

Build a Caseload Close to Home





This is predominantly a mobile/community-based position, with the organisation working to build your caseload within your local area.

Appointments can take place across:

- Client homes

- Schools and kindergartens

- Community environments

- Shared Melbourne workspaces for administration and collaboration

Rather than travelling across Melbourne unnecessarily, the focus is on creating a practical caseload around where you live.

Choose the Work You Enjoy

You’ll have access to a broad referral base across NDIS, TAC and My Aged Care, with flexibility to shape your caseload around your clinical interests.

If there are particular populations or funding streams you enjoy, the team can work with you to build your caseload accordingly. Likewise, if there are areas you don’t want to work within, there is flexibility to avoid them.

The broader multidisciplinary service includes Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Strength & Conditioning and Home Modifications.

Contractor Earnings Without Being Left on Your Own

You’ll join a growing team of approximately 15 clinicians, led by two experienced Allied Health Directors with more than 20 years of industry experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re open to hearing from Graduate, Junior, Experienced and Senior Occupational Therapists.

You’ll need:

- A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification

- AHPRA registration or eligibility

- Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle

- An interest in working within a community-based model

- The ability to gradually work independently with the support of the wider team
