Job: - SAP HCM Technical Consultant - (Must have Baseline Clearance)

Estimated Start Date: - Tuesday, 01 July 2025

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Technical Consultant for a long-term contract with one of our Federal Government Clients.

n

Required Skills

n

n
- A minimum of five years of SAP HCM experience
n
- Experience and knowledge of multiple areas of the ECC6.0 HCM module, in particular Public Sector Personnel Administration and Time Management and knowledge of Organizational Management, Performance Management and Reporting.
n
- Strong experience and knowledge of HCM tables and data within the SAP HCM module
n
- Experience in Master Data Management, including providing advice on data and processes
n
- Experience in implementation of SAP HCM solutions within the SDO SAP application landscape
n
- Australian Public Sector (APS) experience
n

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Assist in translating business needs into functional requirements and design
n
- Ability to support HCM Team technical activities
n
- Resolve production incidents – HCM related, including helpdesk tickets
n
- Ability to analysis of business requirements
n
- Establish good relationships within the ERP Services group and with both internal and external stakeholders
n
- Ability to deliver business requirements using standard SAP functionality
n
- Ability to rigorously test system solutions with real business scenarios
n
- Ability to work in a multiclient shared services environment
n
- Ability to work in a continually changing environment
n
- Ability to adapt and apply existing techniques and methodologies
n
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
n
- Strong communication,



stakeholder coordination and interpersonal skills
n
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to customer and project needs
n
- Experience in providing functional specifications to technical team for any custom developments
n
- Demonstrated ability to write technical documentation and maintain functional documentation in Solution Manager
n
- Experience working in organisations similar to that of the buyers, namely a multiclient shared services setting
n
- Working within a multicultural team environment
n
