This role will be based:

- Monday:Sale
- Tuesday:Sale
- Wednesday:Seaspray
- Thursday:Sale
- Friday:Port Albert

Operational hours:

- Onsite Mon-Fri:8:30am-5:00pm

What you’ll do:

- Coach and motivate participants to achieve employment goals
- Build relationships with local employers
- Support people before and after they start work
- Celebrate real outcomes that make a difference

You’ll thrive if you:

- Have a driver’s licence and basic computer skills





Experience in employment services is highly regarded, butnotessential. If you bring robust people skills and a passion for helping others,we'llprovide the training and support you need to succeed!
