The Anna Centre is expanding and is seeking Psychologists to join our established and growing practice on a full-time/part time basis. These roles involve delivering high-quality psychological assessment and counselling services to individuals across a range of presentations, including EAP, Medicare and wellbeing programs.

n

Duties and responsibilities

n

In this role, you will:

n

- Conduct psychological assessments to identify cognitive, emotional and behavioural needs
n
- Provide individual and group counselling using evidence-based psychological approaches
n
- Develop, implement and review treatment and intervention plans
n
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions to optimise outcomes
n
- Prepare accurate and timely clinical documentation, reports and treatment summaries
n
- Communicate professionally with referrers, including GPs and other health professionals
n
- Maintain complete and compliant client records in line with legislation and organisational systems
n
- Apply psychological principles to support client wellbeing, resilience and functional recovery
n




- Participate in program delivery, service development and quality improvement activities
n
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
n

Skills and experience required

n

n
- Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
n
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or higher qualification (essential)
n
- A minimum of 12 months full-time (or equivalent) post-registration experience as a Psychologist
n
- Demonstrated experience delivering counselling and psychological interventions
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
n
- Good organisational and time-management skills
n
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
n
- Commitment to ethical, culturally safe and client-centred practice
n
