Tidy Tiling is growing — and we’re looking for our next apprentice to join the crew!
We’re looking for a Junior Apprentice, preferably 16–20 years old, who is keen to learn a trade, get hands‑on and build a career in the industry.
You’ll be working alongside an experienced team across bathroom renovations, tiling projects and general building works throughout Ballarat and surrounding areas.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Reliable, punctual and ready to work
- Reliable transport or driver's licence
- Keen to learn and willing to listen
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Takes pride in their work
- Can follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Looking to build a long-term career in the trade
No previous experience necessary — we’re looking for the right attitude and someone who genuinely wants to learn.
In return, you’ll get hands‑on training, plenty of variety and the opportunity to learn from experienced tradespeople in a supportive crew with great morale.
