We are looking for an organised, proactive and hands-on Warehouse & Dispatch

n

Coordinator to join our team across Hansen & Gretel and Ownley.

n

Based at our Rosebery head office, this role will take ownership of the day-to-day

n

running of our warehouse and dispatch operations, including online order fulfilment,

n

returns management, regular stocktakes and inventory accuracy.

n

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced fashion

n

environment and takes pride in keeping stock, systems and processes organised and

n

accurate.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Online Orders & Dispatch

n

n
- Pick, pack and dispatch daily online orders across Hansen & Gretel and Ownley
n
- Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and within required timeframes
n
- Prioritise dispatch during launches, promotions and peak trading periods
n
- Prepare shipping labels, documentation and courier bookings
n
- Liaise with the Ecommerce team regarding order or stock discrepancies
n
- Ensure all orders are packed and presented in line with brand standards
n

Returns Management

n

n
- Manage the day-to-day processing of online returns and exchanges across both
n
- brands
n
- Receive, inspect and process returned items promptly
n
- Ensure returned stock is accurately updated in the system and returned to the
n
- correct warehouse location
n
- Identify and report damaged, faulty or incorrectly returned products
n
- Liaise with Customer Service and Ecommerce regarding return issues where
n
- required
n
- Ensure returns are processed within agreed timeframes
n

n

Stocktakes & Inventory Accuracy

n

n
- Maintain a structured stocktake schedule to ensure all warehouse inventory is
n
- regularly counted
n
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
n
- Ensure physical stock accurately matches inventory levels within our systems
n
- Update stock quantities following approved stock counts




n
- Identify missing stock, incorrect locations and recurring inventory issues
n
- Assist with larger full-business stocktakes when required
n
- Maintain accurate records of completed stocktakes and discrepancies
n
- Work closely with Ecommerce and Operations to minimise overselling and
n
- unfulfilled orders
n

n

Warehouse & Stock Management

n

n
- Maintain a clean, organised and easy-to-navigate warehouse and stockroom
n
- Ensure all stock locations, tubs and shelving are clearly and permanently labelled
n
- Ensure physical stock locations accurately match our inventory systems
n
- Receive, unpack, count and organise incoming stock
n
- Replenish and consolidate warehouse stock as required
n
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements
n
- Ensure new stock is received, counted and allocated to the correct locations
n

Wholesale & General Dispatch

- Assist with packing and dispatching wholesale orders when required
n
- Prepare cartons and shipments for wholesale customers
n
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing samples and other business shipments
n
- Assist with stock transfers between head office and retail stores
n
- Liaise with couriers and freight providers where required
n

n

General Operations

n

n
- Support the wider team during launches, sale periods and other high-volume
n
- trading periods
n
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse, returns and dispatch processes
n
- Maintain appropriate levels of packaging and warehouse supplies
n




- Keep all warehouse and work areas safe, tidy and organised
n
- Assist with other operational duties across both brands as required
n

About You

n

n
- Is extremely organised and detail-oriented
n
- Takes ownership of their responsibilities and follows tasks through to completion
n
- Has strong inventory and stock management skills
n
- Works efficiently without compromising accuracy
n
- Enjoys creating and maintaining organised systems
n
- Can manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced environment
n
- Has strong communication skills and flags issues early
n
- Is physically comfortable with a hands-on warehouse role, including unpacking
n
- cartons, moving stock and being on their feet throughout the day
n
- Has previous warehouse, ecommerce dispatch, returns, inventory or retail stock
n
- experience
n
- Fashion or ecommerce experience is highly regarded
n
- Experience with Shopify and inventory management systems would be
n
- advantageous
n
